1. Delivery Areas:
We currently deliver to select areas in Udupi. To check if we deliver to your location.
2. Delivery Time:

Orders placed before 5 PM are delivered on the same day (where applicable).

Orders placed after 5 PM will be delivered the next day.

Delivery windows may vary based on location, item availability, and delivery partner schedules.
3. Shipping Charges:

Free delivery for orders above ₹500.

A flat delivery fee of ₹40 applies to orders below ₹500.
4. Minimum Order Value:

Minimum order value of Rs. 500 is required, but delivery fees may apply based on order amount.

Return & Exchange Policy
1. Return Eligibility:

Returns are accepted only for damaged, expired, or incorrect items delivered.

Perishable items (like fruits, vegetables, dairy, and frozen goods) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or spoiled.
2. How to Request a Return:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via our customer support number or email.

Provide order ID, photo evidence (if applicable), and details of the issue.
3. Refund Process:

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you opted for Cash on Delivery, we’ll issue a store credit or initiate a bank transfer as per your preference.
4. Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled before they are out for delivery.
